SUNMI NT320

The SUNMI NT320 is a network thermal printer designed for checkout stations in retail, food service and logistics, among other settings. It handles both receipt printing and self-adhesive labels. Compatible with Sunmi CPad stands ‐ C14004118 and C14004119.

Print performance and quality

The thermal head works at 203 dpi resolution and speeds of up to 150 mm/s. The printer runs on a MIPS32 1.2 GHz processor with 128 MB RAM and 256 MB ROM, and supports a wide range of 1D and 2D barcodes.

Receipt and label printing

The NT320 handles receipts in the ESC/POS standard and self-adhesive labels in TSPL. It takes rolls of up to 80 mm in diameter. Print head life is rated at 150 km for receipts and 50 km for labels, while the cutter is rated for 1,000,000 cuts on receipts and 500,000 on labels.

Connectivity and integration

A single USB-C cable delivers both power and data, doing away with extra adapters and keeping the counter area tidy. The Wi-Fi version offers four communication channels: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 with BLE, a USB 2.0 Type-C port and RJ45. An RJ12 port for connecting a cash drawer is also available. The printer is ready to work the moment power is switched on ‐ no need to reconfigure the connection.

Cloud printing and remote management

Communication over MQTT and HTTPS with an open API allows print jobs to be sent remotely and entire fleets of devices to be managed centrally across multiple locations. The NT320 works with the SUNMI MDM platform and with Windows, Android, iOS and Linux.

Sensors and durability

Built-in sensors for paper, gap detection, cover status, paper take-up and both head and motor temperature keep the device under continuous monitoring. A 1 W speaker provides audible event alerts. The printer operates at temperatures from 0°C to 45°C and humidity of 30‐85%.
