SUNMI MINI AP – compact access point

The SUNMI MINI AP is a compact and efficient wireless access point, designed to provide stable connectivity in retail, service and food service spaces. Thanks to Hyper Wi-Fi technology, the device offers considerably greater range and better interference resistance than standard network solutions. The MINI AP works both as a transmitter and as a receiver, allowing the infrastructure to be flexibly adapted to business needs.

Hyper Wi-Fi technology – greater range and stability

Hyper Wi-Fi is a solution that allows signal transmission of up to 1 km, which is more than ten times the range of traditional networks. A single MINI AP can cover an area of up to 5000 m², eliminating the need to install multiple access points. It works well in places with a high density of devices and in spaces with obstacles.

Simple installation and two operating modes

The MINI AP uses the SUNMI Link protocol, which allows devices to be paired quickly with a single button, without having to rebuild the existing network. The access point offers two operating modes:

• AP (transmitter): Creates a Hyper Wi-Fi network, providing broad signal coverage.
• Client (receiver): Allows SUNMI terminals to use Hyper Wi-Fi in order to keep applications and sales systems running stably.

Designed with reliability in mind

The device is equipped with a built-in antenna and support for the WPA3 standard, which increases data transmission security. LED indicators show the operating status in both transmitter and receiver mode, while the compact housing allows installation in any location. The MINI AP runs on Linux, providing stable and predictable operation.
The device comes with items that make installation and configuration easier:
