The Seiko Precision K 675 time recorder is an advanced device for monitoring and recording employee working hours, offering a broad range of functions adaptable to different organisational needs. It supports the recording of both flexible and fixed working time with automatic break deduction.
Main features:
- Flexible and fixed working time: Up to 2 breaks can be programmed, deducted automatically from working time.
- Time recording on cards: The device handles coded time cards with entries across 6 columns and 32 rows, recording both daily and cumulative working time. Up to 4 IN/OUT entries can be recorded on each line, in hours and minutes.
- Automatic functions: The device detects the card side automatically, switches between summer and winter time, and signals when a card has been inserted the wrong way round and needs turning.
- Backlit display: The display shows the time, date, day of the week and print column. The print column can also be selected manually using dedicated buttons.
- Alarms and signals: The device can generate internal or external audio signals with an adjustable duration from 1 to 30 seconds. It also has a voltage-free contact that can be used for external signals or an internal melody.
- Red print: Where set working hours have been breached, the recorder prints entries in red, making irregularities easy to spot.
- Programming for multiple employees: Handles up to 100 time cards per month, covering working time for 100 employees.
- Choice of settlement period: Various settlement period options are available – monthly, weekly or fortnightly.
- 12- or 24-hour system: Display and printing can use the 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour format.
