Seiko Instruments introduces the new APU-G247 kiosk thermal printer.
The printer uses a very fast CAPG247 mechanism with an integrated paper cutter. APUG-247 is characterized by easy paper handling (EZOP). It is intended for applications on the market of automatic sales devices, parking meters and maintenance-free POI information points as well as internet and multimedia kiosks.
APU printers print on thermo-sensitive paper from a roll with a maximum diameter of 83mm and a width of 58mm. The printer has an automatic cutter. Communicates with the computer via the RS 232 or USB serial interface. Windows 2000 / XP drivers are available on request.
